The Flower Fields
Picking our own bouquets, secateurs in hand, then lunch under the magnolias in Coatesville.
Every adventure is lovely, but now and then one stands out, and this was our third visit to the Flower Fields. We started with morning tea at The Eatery in Rothesay Bay, a charming café with views to match the food.
At the fields, with secateurs in hand, everyone picked and arranged their own bouquet to take home in a mason jar. It's hard to describe how peaceful it is, and Ingrid's warm hospitality made it all the more special.
With the flowers safely tucked into the van, we drove to Coatesville for lunch under the magnolia trees at the Black Cottage Café.
